And you were just telling your friends that you would hope it would come with beautifully done oak floors throughout and maybe even have an intricate accent wall that guests would compliment any time they visited. And you said you wouldn't mind if the bathroom was as luxurious as the kitchen and maybe even featured jets in the bathtub with really nice tile work and modern fixtures, so you could relax when you had the chance. And you insisted that it must have a brand new A/C for those hot days, brand-new windows, a brand-new water heater, a brand-new concrete driveway, a brand-new 100 amp electrical panel w/ new outlets, switches and modern light fixtures, and new siding on the garage.
