Buyers are way too picky. They want everything brand new and current design structure. If you look at the photos you can see it was in moveinable condition and was being sold “as is”. It’s a beautiful piece of property in the west side of “Olde Palos” with better schools and within walking distance to the “Main Street” of Harlem Avenue with restaurants and shopping. The fire department is 2 blocks down and the hospital is less than 5 minutes away. Not far at all.

I don’t know what these buyers want, but I do know that the flippers flooded the market after buying homes over the last 10 years and renting them out first.

Denise did a fantastic job dealing with that and other realtors during the sale time of the house.
