Bill Jankovich

Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Bill has made Beverly his home for the past three decades. Bill first developed an interest in architecture as a student at the University of Chicago, where he felt inspired by a tour of the renowned Robie House. He started to develop his passion for housing by purchasing and restoring a classic Chicago bungalow in Beverly. As his family grew, Bill and his wife Maeva looked for a new home to raise their three daughters. Through his keen eye he discovered a Prairie style two-flat in the neighborhood, which he was able to transform into a gorgeous single-family home. After 27 years at the Board of Trade in financial futures, Bill has now turned his vision for housing into valuable opportunities for his clients.
