Please take a look at the pictures of the location of the vacant land. This is behind 769 and 749 Sussex Circle in Vernon Hills. Most of it is floodway, it has no direct access to a street, and there is a public bike path running across it. The land is zoned R3A (single family residential). The piece that is not in the floodway is about 160 ft wide (see attached under additional information). While 160 ft would be deep enough to construct a house, the property does not have access to a street. Therefore, currently the land is not developable.
