Unique rental located in the country! Lots of yard to enjoy! This is 1 bedroom or could be a 2 bedroom, depends on how a tenant wishes to set it up. There is one full bath on the main level (16x8) and a half bath upstairs (5x5). The unit does have stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer & dryer. (there is a dishwasher there, but it does not work and will not be replaced or repaired). If you are chosen, the owner requires 1st, last, and deposit (rent x 3). Tenant pays electric, there is no gas. First floor does have heated floors, which is the heat source there. The 2nd level is electric baseboard heat and has it's own control there. Unit requires window a/c. For serious interest each adult needs to complete a credit application. We only accept cash, money order, or cashier check. Pets may be considered, but at owner's discretion. There will be a pet fee determined by the owner. The garage area is not included in the rental. The tenant is responsible for mowing the back yard area.
